K4 Construction – One-Year Limited Warranty K4 Construction warrants its concrete installations against defects in workmanship, materials, and labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This limited warranty does not cover natural surface variations or cracking, which are normal characteristics of cured concrete. To maintain warranty eligibility, cracks that appear must be filled within the one-year period to prevent water intrusion or structural damage. Upon request, K4 Construction may perform crack-filling services at cost for time and materials. K4 Construction remains committed to quality craftsmanship and will work in good faith to assist clients in maintaining their concrete within warranty standards.
What type of warranty do you offer?
Initial Set:
24–48 hours → safe to walk on.
Partial Strength:
7 days → often strong enough for light use (cars on driveways, light loads).
Full Cure:
8 days → concrete reaches about 90–100% of its design strength.
How long does concrete take to cure?
Yes, we do. K4 Construction takes care of all required permits for your concrete project. We’ll handle the paperwork, coordinate with local building departments, and make sure everything meets Colorado’s codes and regulations — so you can focus on the finished project, not the red tape.
